VoiceAI Smile provides AI-powered phone answering services, including after-hours call handling, appointment booking assistance, missed-call text-back, and call summaries for business owners. Specific features depend on your plan and configuration.
14-day free pilot: New customers may try the service free for 14 days. No payment is required to start a pilot.
Subscription: After the pilot, the service is $297/month, billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Setup fee: A one-time $497 setup fee applies, waived for the first three pilot clients in each industry.
Fair use: Plans include a generous allowance of answered calls subject to fair use. Excessive or abusive usage may require a plan adjustment, which we will discuss with you before any change.
You agree to: provide accurate business information; comply with call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction and inform us of any specific disclosure requirements; not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications; and maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.
Our AI agents are designed to handle routine calls professionally, but they are automated systems. They may occasionally misunderstand callers or be unavailable during maintenance or outages. The service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the AI is not a substitute for emergency services. For urgent or emergency situations, callers should contact emergency services directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceAI Smile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed or mishandled calls. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via email to voiceaismile@gmail.com. Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
