Call data: If you use our AI receptionist service, calls handled by the AI may be recorded and transcribed to provide call summaries to the business owner. Callers are informed when a call is handled by an AI assistant.
Website analytics: We use standard analytics tools that may collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location).
Live chat: Conversations via our website chat widget are stored to respond to your inquiries.
